At Harmony Therapy Practice we provide psychotherapeutic counselling or psychotherapy (depending on the level of intensity and frequency you need) in a space designed for reflection and personal growth. You’ll be welcomed into a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you are genuinely valued and heard. We understand that life’s struggles can feel overwhelming or leave you feeling 'stuck', however we also believe you carry the capacity for change within you.
We practice pluralistic counselling and psychotherapy grounded in a person-centred approach. This means the focus is on the therapeutic relationship and on honouring your individual needs. Together, you and your therapist will identify the methods that best support your wellbeing. Recognising that “one size fits all” doesn’t work in therapy, we never expect you to fit a predetermined model, instead, every stage of the therapeutic process is shaped around your unique experiences, goals and pace.
Rooted in a trauma-informed philosophy, we make sure you feel safe and supported as we gently unpack and process your experiences. Our work together helps you build the insight and resilience that lead to meaningful, long-term change.
